How Much Does Chiropractic Cost in KL? A Price Guide to Kind Chiropractic

If you are comparing chiropractors in Kuala Lumpur, the first practical question is usually what a visit will cost. This guide lists what Kind Chiropractic charges in Bangsar, explains what each price line is for, and points out what the price list does not tell you, so that you can decide with the full picture. We do not quote other clinics' prices here, because they change and you should check them with each clinic directly.

In short: the initial consultation with history taking is RM 90, the first treatment with your report of findings is RM 210, and a follow-up session is RM 150. X-rays are extra and only taken when there is a clinical reason. Care packages bring the per-session price below RM 150. The current figures are always on our pricing page.

What each price covers

These are the amounts on our pricing page at the time of writing (October 2026).

• Initial consultation and history taking: RM 90. The first part of your care: we ask about your symptoms, your health history and what you want to get back to doing.
• First treatment (report of findings): RM 210. This is where we explain what the assessment found and what we recommend. Ask us when you book which of the two first-visit lines applies to your appointment, so that nothing about the cost is a surprise on the day.
• Follow-up session: RM 150. Each later adjustment visit.
• Extremities only: RM 100. For a concern limited to the arms or legs. Ask us when you book whether yours qualifies.
• Full-spine X-rays: approximately RM 225. Other X-rays vary in price depending on the area.

When X-rays are part of the cost

X-rays are not added to every plan. We take them in the clinic only when your history and examination give a clinical reason, for example to look closely at the structure of a particular region. If you already have recent X-rays or an MRI, bring them: they may mean we do not need to take new ones. If we do recommend imaging, ask us what question it will answer and what it costs before you agree. The care packages

Packages are a way to pay for a block of follow-up adjustment sessions in advance. They are described on our pricing page as follow-up sessions, so they come on top of the first visit.

• Essentials Care Plan: 15 sessions for one person, RM 1,788 (RM 119.20 per session).
• Family & Friends Care Plan: 34 sessions shared between 3 to 4 people, RM 3,888 (RM 114.35 per session).
• Top-Up Package: 12 sessions at RM 1,380 (RM 115 per session), only for existing package holders buying again.

Every package works out cheaper per session than the RM 150 follow-up price. Whether a package makes sense for you depends on how many sessions your plan actually needs, and nobody can know that before the assessment. Because a package is paid in advance, it is sensible to decide on one after your report of findings, once you know what care is recommended, and to ask what the package covers before you pay.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies with the condition, how severe it is and how long you have had it. After your initial assessment we give you a personalised plan with a recommended schedule, and we will say honestly if we think another kind of specialist would serve you better. That is why we cannot give you a total cost on this page: it depends on the plan, not on a standard course.

Practical points

• Insurance: some private health insurance plans in Malaysia cover chiropractic care. Check with your insurer or your company policy. We can provide official receipts for reimbursement claims.
• Referral: you do not need a referral to book.
• Time: the initial consultation and assessment takes around 45 to 60 minutes; follow-up visits usually take 15 to 45 minutes.
• Cancellations: we ask for at least 24 hours' notice, so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Questions to ask any chiropractor before you book

• What does the first visit include, and what is charged separately?
• Will I need X-rays, and why?
• Is there a care plan before I pay for sessions, and what happens if I stop part-way?
• What happens if you think I need a doctor or another specialist instead?
